On Sunday morning, a father who was visiting his son at Marist College in Poughkeepsie, New York, was fatally shot in the lobby of his hotel. At 7:30 a.m., Paul Kutz, 53, was trapped in the hotel's crossfire. Families were staying at Marist for the annual Family Weekend. On Sunday, ATF officials inspected the hotel after chemicals 'used to make explosives' were discovered on site after the deadly shooting.
