Davood Ghadami (born 7 August 1982) is an English actor best known for his appearance as Kush Kazemi in the BBC soap opera EastEnders from 2014 to 2007.

Early and personal life

Ghadami was born in Harlow, Essex, on August 7, 1982. He is of British and Iranian descent. Since being mixed race resulted in verbal bullying, he found it difficult at school. He then attended Saint Nicholas School in Old Harlow. Ghadami married Isobel, a long-term girlfriend; the two daughters were born together in 2010;

Career

Duncan Clark appeared in the final series of the ITV detective drama Taghout in 2010. He found the job challenging because it involved looking at photographs of legitimate crime scenes. In the recurring role of Aran Chandar from 2012 to 2013, he appeared in the BBC soap opera Doctors. He appeared on BBC medical drama Casualty as Ramin Tehrani from 2013 to 2014.
