In lieu, a toilet can be found outside the studio and in the hallway of the building. Omer Labock, a TikTok user, drew notice of the find on his website, with over 17,000 likes and almost 1,000 comments. 'This is a micro apartment in New York City,' he said in the video.' The term'studio apartment in Manhattan' does not usually bring up images of luxury or million-dollar price tags. So it may be surprising to learn that a one-room house in the Big Apple sold for $3.88 million in an all-cash deal.
