Dan Hardy Life

Daniel Mark Hardy (born 17 May 1982) is an English mixed martial artist who competed in the welterweight division.

Hardy competed in various battles, including Cage Force and Cage Warriors, before signing a deal with the Ultimate Fighting Championship (UFC) in 2008.

In 2010, he defeated Georges St-Pierre for the UFC Welterweight Championship but lost the match by default.

He is now an analyst and colour commentator for the United States.

Personal life

Hardy is a fan of punk, metal, and hardcore music. Earth Crisis, Madball, and Blood for Blood are among his favorite hardcore bands. The British Oi!'s opening song is "England Belongs To Me." Cock Sparrer, the band's drummer, has recorded a version of the song together, as shown below. He has a passion for drawing, although he's unlikely to go without a sketch pad in his bag until the age of 22. In his last year at Nottingham Trent University, he gave up his degree in art and design to pursue MMA full time. Hardy lives in England. In recent years, he has also been an outspoken critic of trophy hunting, including calling Matt Hughes "bad for the game" due to his trophy-hunting in the United States and abroad. Hardy is an agnostic. In 2015, Hardy was a member of the Great Britain team for the first leg of the Clipper Round the World Yacht Race.

According to Dan Hardy of 'Battle of the Baddest,' Tyson Fury has a greater chance of defeating Francis Ngannou in an MMA match than the former heavyweight champion has of winning their boxing match

www.dailymail.co.uk, October 28, 2023
In what will be the latter's first officially sanctioned professional boxing match, Fury and Ngannou will clash in a battle dubbed the 'Battle of the Baddest' in Saudi Arabia. Fury, who is widely regarded as one of the best heavyweights of all time, is a strong favorite going into the fight against the former MMA champion as he enters the sport of cross boxing. There have been no rumors of a match between a MMA octagon, where Ngannou has been so successful as a brutal heavyweight throughout his career, but a future match has not been ruled out.

Pf's signing Cedric Doumbe as a 'legitimate superstar' ahead of his debut on Saturday, more than a decade since he last fought

BY ADRIAN BISHOP: Exclusive INTERVIEW BY BISHOP: PFL chief Dan Hardy has lauded the promotion's signing of former kickboxing world champion Cedric Doumbe ahead of his debut on Saturday. A transition to MMA's lucrative market has boosted the prospects for several of the best kickboxing talents in recent years, thanks to the successes of former UFC champions Israel Adesanya and Alex Pereira. Doumbe had intended to follow the former GLORY kickboxing stars into the UFC and appeared to make his debut with the promotion before returning to the French regional scene to gain his record inside the cage to a 4-0 win.

Meet the rising British MMA star who's signed to the PFL, trains with UFC legends and starred in TWO documentaries

www.dailymail.co.uk, July 20, 2023
XCLUSIVE INTERVIEW BY JAMES COHEN: There aren't many 22-year-olds who train with UFC legends, star in documentaries, and are affiliated with one of the world's biggest mixed martial arts companies. Well, most 22-year-olds aren't like Shanelle Dyer. The rising British prospect became the new recruit for the Professional Fighters League (PFL), and it's easy to see why. With an 8-3 record as an amateur and 'over 150 Muay Thai' fights under her belt, there is reason to be optimistic about the English fighter's arrival.
