The 28-year-old real estate agent was sporting a baseball cap from Hollywood 'pasty' strip club Jumbo's Clown Room where he and the 31-year-old kiteboarder-turned-actress were first spotted by DeuxMoi 'packing on the PDA' in early October.

Maika Monroe turned up the heat on Saturday evening. The Longlegs star, 31 - who was recently spotted looking tense at LAX - teased her tummy in a white cardigan and matching mini skirt in Burbank. She added an even sexier touch to the look with stockings and white ankle boots. 

This adorable youngster grew up to become one of the most famous singers in the world. Born in Boca Raton, Florida to a communications CEO and a graphic design firm owner, she began her performance career playing the title character in the musical Annie.
