Career
Ramsey began his comedy career in 2007 by staging an open-mic night in Newcastle upon Tyne. He was a nominee for the "Chortle Student Comedian of the Year" in 2008. Ramsey performed Aggrophobic, his first solo show, at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe in 2010. Offermation, his 2011 performance, had been nominated for the Edinburgh Comedy Award. In March 2012, BBC Radio 4 was recorded and broadcast in March 2012. Feeling Lucky was Ramsey's 2012 Edinburgh show, which was followed by a national tour.
Ramsey appeared in BBC Two's Hebburn from October 2012 to December 2013. The performance is held in Hebburn, near Ramsey's hometown, South Shields, where he lives.
