Kristen Hentschel: Thousands of dollars were spent on a production of 'hit work' interviews

December 21, 2022
A Good Morning America producer, who was previously known for her affair with To Catch a Predator host Chris Hansen, used her name to gain access to politicians who were opposed to the interests of a large political consultancy company she had previously worked with. Kristen Hentschel, who formerly went by the name Kristyn Caddell, had at least three times tried to 'trip up Florida legislators whose environmental laws were in conflict with Matrix LLC's interests, according to a bombshell study by NPR and Floodlight. Matrix has been accused of more recent conduct against writers and environmental campaigners. According to NPR, if she was covering these stories for ABC News, she was not allowed to cover them.' It's not clear if Hentschel is still working by ABC.
