Personal life

Cherprang was born in Hat Yai, Southern Thailand, where her family lived on a hill. Her grandparents were both Chinese, and her family named her in Chinese "Liu Xiumin" (Chinese: ). She later moved to Bangkok.

At Roong Aroon School in Bangkok, she attended an alternative school for secondary education. She grew up as a normal teen, unaware of what her life's aspirations should be. After speaking with her mother, she decided to attend an alternative college in order to figure herself out. She discovered herself more adept at mathematics and science at the university than at the arts, saying that she loved scientific experimentation and teaching and that her science teacher inspired her to be a scientist. Every year, she was also selected as the school's drum major and cheerleader.

She was accepted to the Mahidol University International College in 2013, where she now studies chemistry and minoring in Physics after finishing the alternative school in the academic year 2013. Physical chemistry, quantum chemistry, and space science are among the fields of study she has enjoyed the most and would continue in the master's and doctor's degrees, she said.

She found herself also interested in cosplaying and later participated in Japanese culture as a cosplayer, and she later participated in Japanese culture activities as a cosplayer.'Runo Mochi'

She served as a research assistant in both her second and third years at the university. She coauthored a research paper about the blue bottle experiment that was published in the Royal Society Open Science journal in November 2017.

She has been invited to numerous academic events, including a panel discussion on the return of the Tiangong-1 space station on March 29, 2018, and the tenth anniversary of the Synchrotron Light Research Institute (th), where it was revealed that a photograph of her in a GISTDA satellite was expected to be launched into space in 2019. She also assisted the Thai team in the FameLab competition at the 2018 and 2019 Cheltenham Science Festival in the United Kingdom.

After someone posted an image of a dildo on one of her Instagram pictures in 2018, she filed a lawsuit with the Technology Crime Suppression Division in Bangkok. "To shield her information," she said in the complaint. According to Bangkok police, the guilty party will face a three-year prison term and/or a fine of 200,000 (approximately US$6,100).

At Sophia University, Japan, she and other UNESCAP & UNESCO representatives held a special talk session on "Youth Commitment to Sustainable Development Goals."

The 20-year-old Cherprang was attracted by the recruitment of BNK48, Thailand's first sister group of AKB48, in July 2016, but applicants had to be aged between 12 and 18. Her application was made possible by the age limit's extension to 22 years. "I'm a fan of AKB48," she said when asked what made her decide to become a member of an idol group. I wanted to know what my heroes went through to become famous so I wanted to know what my heroes went through to become popular." She also said that her father had initially opposed her working as an idol.

The first auditions were open to a total of 1,500 applicants, 300 and 80 girls respectively. Cherprang was one of the 29 people who passed the final audition and became a BNK48 apprentice when the company was announced at Japan Expo 2017 on February 12, 2017.

Cherprang was one of the first 16 senbatsu members for the company's first single when it was officially launched in June 2017, and he was also named captain of the team. According to Pongchuk Pissathanporn, the group's musical director, Cherprang was given both leadership and responsibility, which was why the leadership team selected her for the captain role. It was the first time that overseas members of the 48 Group attended the festival. The election result announcement was held in Nagoya, Japan, where she, as the center, performed "Koi Suru Fortune Cookie" with other 48 Group members.
