Martha's Vineyard people are yelling pro-immigrant yard signs, according to Conservatives

www.dailymail.co.uk, September 15, 2022
In a tweet, Andrew Wagner, a Minnesota GOP strategist, joked 'whole lotta Martha's Vineyard residents will be able to take down the 'all are welcome here' lawn signs outside their mansions.' Governor Ron DeSantis' decision to bring a planeload of illegal immigrants, mainly from Venezuela, to the island came as a surprise in the wealthy community - where influential liberals such as the Obamas, Oprah Winfrey, and Larry David all have homes. However, supporters of DeSantis pointed out that for years, many homes and businesses on the island have displayed a sign that reads broadly, such as "we stand with immigrants" and "Welcome Here."

More than 50 Venezuelan migrants will be transported by DeSantis to Martha's Vineyard in upscale Martha's Vineyard

On Wednesday, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis was lauded for two planeloads of migrants arriving in Martha's Vineyard. The migrants in the wealthy neighborhood where influential liberals such as the Obamas, Oprah Winfrey, and Larry David all have homes, according to photos published by Martha's Vineyard Gazette and the Martha's Vineyard Times. "Yes, Florida will notify the two planes with unlawful immigrants that arrived in Martha's Vineyard today,' said DeSantis' office in a tweet.' The remarks continued: 'States like Massachusetts, New York, and California will greatly enhance the care of these people who have been welcomed into our country' by incentivizing unlawful immigration by designating them as'sanctuary states' and help with the Biden Administration's open border policies.' 'As you may have noticed, the Florida Legislature approved a bill to encourage the movement of illegal immigrants from this state in a manner that is in accordance with federal law.' According to Martha's Vineyard Times, Ultra Air Charters was the name of the charter that brought the migrants to the millionaires playground.
