Johnson competed for Joelle "JoJo" Fletcher's affections in 2016 as a contestant on ABC Network reality television show The Bachelorette season 12 to face Joelle "JoJo" Fletcher's affections. He was dubbed "Bad Chad" by the season's "villain."
