Calvin Ainsley Dean (born 21 May 1985) is an award-winning English actor best known for his role as Darren Mullet in the 2009 film Tormented.
Career
Dean made his professional debut in The Duchess (2008), opposite Keira Knightley. In the comedy-horror film Tormented (2009), Darren Mullet played his first lead role. Dean received acclaim for his role in Tormented. "British Darren Mullet, the put-upon, imbuing his horrific tale with a touch of Boris Karloff pathos, and appearing to be menacing when re-inventing to slice up his victims," Sky Movies said.
Dean's television credits include the Neil Gaiman-penned Cyberman episode of "Doctor Who" starring Warwick Davis, Tamzin Outhwaite, and Jason Watkins.
