Personal life

C-Kan was born and raised in Guadala, Guatemala. His father died at the age of 12 and he began living on Guadala's streets. Rap was also a part of his life, and Ramos Maldonado discovered his passion for it at 16. C-Kan is also known for promoting the free use of marijuana in México, in addition to being a rapper. He confessed to using it in a Costa Rican newspaper La Nación interview that it does not concern his work and said that it does not affect his career; in fact, it makes it better. He is also the father of a child.

C-Kan began rapping as a youth, rhyming about life in the streets, gangs, heroin, and violence. In 2006, he released 'Get Money,' his first group mixtape. 'Déjenme Afinar los Gallos', the singer's first personal mixtape, debuted in that year.

He released "Siluetas del Rap" in 2007, and a few months later, he debuted "Déjame Afilar Los Gallos." Mastered Trax Latino was the first to sign the h. Bodka37 and Masibo, C-Kan, two friends, formed Radikales, which released their first single "La Rebelión de un Sue" before 2007.

He concentrated on new singles and increasing his onstage presence for the next two years. His music videos were shared on YouTube, as well as appearances on Mexican news shows where he discussed the social issues in his lyrics.

C-Kan signed to Mastered Trax Latino in 2012 and released his first album, 'Voy por el sue de muchos'. He released his second album as part of Mastered Trax', titled "Clasificación C" and "Clasificación C, Vol. 2 years later." 2' (2015).

C-Kan made his debut as a soundtrack composer in Pantelion Films' new film, Compadres, in 2016. He released the album 'Antes de Todo' on July 1, 2016.

After struggling for years to obtain a visa, to have stepped on critical stages, close great offers, and about to visit more than 15 counties. He expressed his displeasure with his team's decision not to return to the United States if Donald Trump were to presidency, at least until he leaves office.

"Dias de Sol," he and Pipo Ti's collaboration album, was released on May 26.
