On Rotten Tomato's latest iteration of classic series Rotten Tomato has gone wild

www.dailymail.co.uk, February 22, 2024
When the revival of an iconic animated series on Rotten Tomatoes finally dropped on Thursday, Netflix followers went wild on Thursday. The Last Airbender, eight episodes of Avatar: The Last Airbender, were released on the streaming platform, a massive six years since the show was first announced. Avatar follows a young monk named Aang, the last living 'Airbender' and, unidentified to him, the eighth reincarnation of the Avatar, the human representation of light and stability. This Netflix adaptation, which was first a Nickelodeon cartoon that appeared from 2005 to 2008, is the second live-remake of Avatar: The Last Airbender. The last Airbender, a 2010 comedy film, was the first on offer.
