Bridget Catherine Regan (born February 3, 1982) is an American actress known for roles as Kahlan Amnell in Rebecca Lowe/Rachel Turner's "Legend of the Seeker" in Jane the Virgin and Dottie Underwood's Agent Carter.

Personal life
Regan was born in Carlsbad, California, and was raised Catholic. She began performing as a child in The Wizard of Oz productions in North County at the La Paloma Theatre and Joseph, as well as the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat in Carlsbad. "I went to a drama school in North Carolina, and it was really concentrated on acting, especially classical theater," Regan said. She migrated to New York City after college to pursue a career in acting. To be honest, she said, "I don't remember not wanting to [be an actor]. I'm not positive. I just wanted to be an actor."
Regan is married to Eamon O'Sullivan, a writer she met in New Zealand while filming Legend of the Seeker. Their first child was a girl. Bernard Moon, Bernard Moon, is also a member of the family.
Career
Regan has appeared on television shows and films since 2006. Legend of the Seeker, a television series based on Terry Goodkind's Sword of Truth series, began in 2008. Mother Confessor Kahlan Amnell was the focus of her cult following. Although her natural hair is red and curly, Regan dyed it dark brown and black and occasionally chemically straightened it for Legend of the Seeker. In 2009, she began directing with Camp Wanatachi, a New York experimental theatre company.
In 2012, Regan was introduced as a lead for the upcoming television series The Frontier.
Rebecca Lowe/Rachel Turner, a brief love interest of Neal Caffrey, appeared in the fifth season of the USA Network crime drama White Collar in 2013.
