Personal life
Presley was born in Midland, Texas, two days after Elvis Presley's death, who Brian is unrelated to. He graduated from Jenks High School in Jenks, Oklahoma, where he was the quarterback for the state championship winning football team (1993). He was also active in choir and show choir at Jenks High School and was in charge of the high school's musical team during his senior year.
For one year, Presley was a walk-on for the University of Arkansas football team. He landed in Southern California, appeared in a store, and decided to try acting. He attended the University of Southern California's business school.
Erin Hershey Presley, his Port Charles co-star, is married to him. They have three children.
