Blythe Masters (born 22 March 1969) is a former JPMorgan executive.

She is the former CEO of Digital Asset Holdings, a financial services company that manufactures distributed ledger technology for wholesale financial services.

Masters is widely credited with the introduction of the credit default swap as a financial instrument.

She is also Chairman of the Linux Foundation's open source Hyperledger Project, a member of the International Advisory Board of Santander Group, and a member of the US Chamber of Digital Commerce's Advisory Board.

Personal life

Masters is Co-Chair of the Global Fund for Women, a board member of both The Breast Cancer Research Foundation and ID2020, and the former Chair of the Greater New York Affiliate of the breast cancer charity Susan G. Komen for the Cure. She is an amateur equestrian.
