Rebecca Grace Tobin (born January 18, 1986) is an American actress, singer, and dancer.
She is best known for her role as Kitty Wilde on Fox's musical comedy-drama series Glee.
Early life
Tobin, the younger of two girls, grew up in Marietta, Georgia. Both of her parents were lawyers. Her father is Jewish. Tobin's first acting appearance came at the age of four, when she starred a Christmas tree in her school's holiday pageant. Tobin was mainly educated at Pebblebrook High School, but she moved to Joseph Wheeler High School halfway through her senior year and became a victim of bullying as a result. Tobin did not walk to her graduation because of bullying. She is alumna of the American Musical and Dramatic Academy in New York City, from which she graduated in 2007.
Personal life
Before his death on July 10, 2014, Tobin was in a relationship with nightclub entrepreneur Matt Bendik. In May 2016, she became engaged to entrepreneur Zach Martin. In Jackson Hole, Wyoming, the two married in a private ceremony attended by Tobin's Glee co-star Jane Lynch.

Career
Tobin began her acting career in Houston, Texas, where she appeared in the musical Cats on Theatre Under the Stars. In the ensemble cast, she appeared as Etcetera. She appeared in the cast of Theater Under the Stars' production of West Side Story the following year, as well as in Houston. Tobin appeared on stage in the ensemble of Paper Mill Playhouse's production of High School Musical on Stage in 2008. In New Jersey, the New Jersey Philharmonicy Society is located. She appeared in the ensemble of Oklahoma from 2008 to 2009. The Theater of the Stars company is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Tobin appeared on Broadway as a replacement for Sherrie Christian's role as a replacement and a swing for the musical Rock of Ages. In 2011, she appeared with the Trans-Siberian Orchestra for the first time.
In the Fox musical comedy-drama television series Glee, Tobin portrayed cheerleader and glee club member Kitty Wilde from 2012 to its conclusion in 2015. She made her first appearance as the character in the fourth season premiere episode "The New Rachel" and was a regular cast member throughout the season.
