Anna Lesko Life

Anna Lesko (born 10 January 1979) is a Moldovan-Romanian singer.

Lesko is of Ukrainian origins and she lived in Moldova until she was 17 years old when she first moved to Romania, where she has lived ever since.

Painting is one of her passions, and her creations can be seen on her official website.

She began her career in 2002 with the single "Ard in flacari (Burn in flames)" on the album "Flames).

In 2003, she released "Inseparable (Inseparable)," for which she was rewarded with the gold disc in Romania.

Bogdan Popoiag and Eduard Alexandru's third studio album "Pentru tine (For you)" was released in 2004 with three singles websites, the most popular being "Nu mai am timp" (I do not have time)".

Anna Lesko released the single "Anycka Maya," which quickly became a hit in Romania. Pavel Stratan's most popular single "Leagana barca" was released in 2013.

Early life

Lesko was born on January 10, 1979 in Chisinau, Romania, of the Soviet Union at the time, to a family of Russian - Ukrainian origins. Although her mother inherited the family business, a company that makes a variety of clothes and shoes, the singer's father, a construction engineer by trade, is also passionate about music, playing a variety of instruments, including accordion or guitar. She had spine problems in her childhood and had to exercise often. Lesko was passionate about dance, this performance resembling the "dream of her life," and she was a member of a group of folk dancers. However, she did not stay in the company long. She continued to move to this artistic field, but she switched to classical and modern dance and spent a trip to Romania at the age of seventeen in the company of the ballet band she was a member of.

The artist was captivated by the country and began to repatriate there. Lesko learned Romanian in the company of a person who did not know Russian, but this encouraged her to change to a law career, which would have enabled her to integrate more easily in society. She began to develop a passion for painting at the same time. Lesko's study began at the Faculty of Law in Bucharest, where she had to tackle a number of difficulties, the bulk of which were due to the language, but the student persevered in finishing her studies.

Personal life

The soloist's first friendship with businessman Irinel Columbeanu, with whom she lived for eight years, was the beginning of his career. Following Lesko's return to Romania with a dance group, the two met in 1996. In 2004, they started off on separate roads. Regarding her relationship, the artist said she was extremely happy with him and adored him greatly, which is why they were engaged for eight years and that it assisted her in maturing. Lesko had love affairs with Marian Ionescu, the creator of the musical group Diretta 5, Liviu Moreanu, Codin Maticiuc, and Elan Schwartzenberg, according to the Romanian press. Lesko said she was in marriages that were much less man than what was reported by the press, which connects her regularly with someone.

Anna Lesko Career

Musical career

Lesko decided to concentrate on a number of music projects in 2000, and she began to perform in concerts with the band Direcția 5, with whom she spent about a year. "Ard flăcizare" became her first single in 2002, which was released in 2002. It has a vivacious rhythm, Slavic-speaking world influences, and a few Russian lyrics. Marius Moga's recording, which was produced in the presence of director Andree Parma Péduraru, received a video and a promotion campaign. Păduraru said she was happy with her Lesko work, but she also stated that she had "acting skills." At the end of the year, the track continued to rank in the national Romanian Top 100, placing eighth in number eighty-two.

"Inseparabili" - the artist's second album, in the first part of 2003, premiered. It benefited from a video and a public relations campaign, as well as the unveiling of the eponymous album. Beginning on October 28, 2003, the product was available in stores. The artist began promoting a new single extract, this time choosing the ballad "Innocence" and staging a series of concerts as part of a tour. The composition had a blast in the Romanian Top 100, where it came in fifth place. The album was awarded a gold record for more than 35,000 copies sold, a distinction that was given to the Nova Music label artist on the Teo Show by Pro TV about five months after its debut. "Inseparabili" was included on the compilation album Sete de distracție, as well as hits by artists such as Bere Gratis, Marius Moga, and Vank.

In early 2004, Lesko re-entered the recording studio to create a new album. The new material was influenced by rock music, with the singer co-opting the member of the band Direcția 5 and producer Marian Ionescu, who took care of the entire album. The album was created over a period of about three months and titled Fortine. It was preceded by the unveiling of a single of the same name, which benefited from a video produced by Andree Păduraru, with whom Lesko had already collaborated. Marilyn Monroe's clothing style inspired the musician in approaching a retro style. "Pentru tine" was no better than its predecessor, finishing seventh in Romania's Top 100, placing just seventy-nine.

Soon, information that Lesko had begun planning for a new video for the song "Nu mai am timp" was revealed, but not on the list of songs on the album's website at the time. The footage was shot in Bucharest, and the soloist's clothing was made by her in collaboration with Ramona Stanca. The recording was made as a result of Alex's friendship. It was later revealed that the recording would be included on a special edition of the album Pentru tine. The song was the singer's biggest success since her debut, debuting at number ten in Romania's Top 100. The reissued version of the album contained a number of new tracks, including a duet with Cristian Enache entitled "Să-mi curaj să zbor." "Lasă-mă cred," a first-part of 2005 and whose video premiered in May of the same year, was released from the album. The music video was shot without the artist being aware that she was filming for the magazine The One at the time. Anna Lesko — Pentru tine, a new national tour — was launched to sell the album.

She began promoting Ispita, a new studio record release that was preceded by the debut of a single extract. Laurenciuciu Duță produced the song "Anicyka Maya" and contained Russian influences, which was added at the artist's request. The recording benefited from a video and a social media campaign, which contributed to its ascension in the charts. The song climbed to the top of the Romanian Top 100 chart just shy of its debut, occupying the second position for a month and becoming the soloist's highest success in the official Romanian Top 100. The composition received a nomination at the MTV Romania Music Awards 2006 in the category "Best Song." The trophy was eventually won by band Morandi for the hit "Beijo (Uh la la)" (Beijo). Among others, the soloist performed a recital on the stage at the festival, as well as artists Akcent, Diretta 5, Proziciu, Parazitete, and others. Ispita's album of origins was released shortly after. The album, which represents a change in Lesko's musical style, was rewarded with a gold record in Romania, or more precisely, over 10,000 units were sold.

"Anicyka Maya" was the only single from the album, but the artist and band Animal X collaborated with them to record "Ca la commencement" with them. Despite this, when the singer was invited to film the next video, she told the band members that she was unable to do so. Lesko was later replaced by Corina, with whom the song was re-recorded, and the soloist was also involved in the filming of a music video. In a bi-monthly publication Bravo, the band revealed that they did not complete the project with Lesko because their photos did not match. According to the Romanian press, the artist left Animal X because she was coerced by her producer Laurenciu Duță against a recent rivalry between him and the aforementioned group. Duţă uses the fact that he is a composer and that he commands the singers not to collaborate with Animal X, according to Lesko, who was dubbed "the instrument of a diabolical intrigue." The artist continued with the promotion of a new single extract named "24" that was not included in the album Ispita. The recording, which was released in a maximum single format, profited from a video, which helped boost its success. The composition reached tenth place on the Romanian national chart, becoming the third top-ten finish for the soloist in the ranking. She appeared on Heaven's debut album and later released DVD CPC Anna Lesko Video Collection, a set of all the artist's videos from the beginning to the present. In the category "Best solo artist," the artist received her second nomination at the MTV Romanian Music Awards in 2007, but the award was given to Andree Bănică. In late 2006, Lesko began a short-lived collaboration with Divertis, with the artist playing a supporting role in the show's film. The soloist appeared in three episodes for which she filmed for three days, expressing herself as content with her work.

Lesko signed a Cat Music deal in the first half of 2007. She soon began promoting "1001 Dorințe," which she also performed at the MTV Romanian Music Awards gala. The song debuted in the Romanian Top 100, becoming the artist's fifth top 40 hit in this list. Bogdan Toader directed the video, which was made in three months and directed by him. The soloist appeared on the show Răi da 'Buni, hosted by Mihai Morar in 2008, and she performed her next single, "Ignoranța," which did not profit from a video and did not achieve outstanding positions in Romania's official charts. The album was performed in Lesko's regular collaborator, Laurenciuu Duţă, as well as with Gabriel Huiban. During the same period, there were rumors that the soloist was in the recording studio to produce a new album, associating with designers Keo, Laurenciu Duţă, and Gabriel Huiban.

Later, she began selling the song "Balalaika," which was written by the artist in collaboration with Claudiu Cota and produced by Angelika Vasilicov and Dan Griober and released as the first single excerpt of the forthcoming album. Bogdan Toader's music video takes place in a Soviet military base hidden in a cave under a bombed city. Lesko began touring with Distanto and soloist Annes in early 2010. Jocul seducţia, the singer's fifth studio album, was released in February 2010. The collection includes all three pre-released singles, including "1001 Dorințe," "Ignoranni" and "Balalaika," as well as other recent recordings. In addition, the album includes a collaboration with Distanto, a recreation of the composition "Russian Love (Katyusha, Ochichiorne, Kalinka), which is a collection of traditional Russian folklore. To raise the album's success, the singer began promoting the song "In My Bedroom," which was composed by Connect-R and Chris Mayer. The album marks a change in style, with Lesko moving to dance - house music, the first song of the English soloist to profit from the promotion. Jocul seducţie is a collection of musical styles, including songs recorded in Romanian, Russian, and English. Iulian Moga produced and shot "In My Bedroom" in the Bucharest club Bamboo, making it one of the most awaited of the summer of 2010. "Get it" was her first album in 2011 when she appeared on television.
