On Australia's Seven Network, Lee and Blake hosted a televised comedy show called The Hamish and Andy Show, which was then canceled due to poor ratings. Critics acknowledged their talents, but critics sluggishly portrayed the performance as poorly executed. Lee and Blake have almost always performed together on this tour ever since the beginning of this series. Hamish and Andy are now referred to as Hamish and Andy. Real Stories, a later version of the pair's mockumentary TV show, was another early television project that the pair collaborated on.
Hamish & Andy, a national (Hit Network) drive-time radio show that aired from 4 p.m. to Friday, was hosted by Blake and Lee. Due to the two couples' decision to pursue other opportunities, the program was reduced to a weekly Friday show in 2011. The radio show was considered to be highly popular, gaining top positions in the radio ratings in Sydney and Melbourne markets (as well as Perth). The audience share for a national FM show in Australia was around 20%, which is the highest ever recorded for a national FM show.
Lee is the first winner of Joker Poker, a celebrity poker tournament in which contestants receive funds for charity. He appeared on Australia's Brainiest Comedian's Network Ten program.

Andy and Hamish appeared on Good News Week on May 10, 2010.
The pair formed Gap Year: New York in 2011, shortly after a ten-part series called Gap Year: New York was announced. The comedy pair created Hamish and Andy's: Euro Gap Year in 2012, in which the two actors travelled around Europe leading up to the 2012 London Olympic Games. They continued the Gap Year series in 2013, with the launch of Hamish & Andy's Gap Year Asia in 2013. They completed their fourth and final gap year in South America in 2014, appropriately named Hamish & Andy's Gap Year South America. The pair's other projects included a weekly podcast (as opposed to when they were on the radio), as well as the aforementioned TV show True Story.
In 2003, Lee released The Sing Along Times Table CD Book, a teacher's book. The CD was rediscovered in 2005-2006 after a "alert listener" told Blake, causing him to tease Lee about it on their radio show.

Lee honored George for his first birthday in 2016 by releasing what seemed to be a one-off single-copy children's book with illustrations by Heath McKenzie. However, the book became extremely popular, leading to widespread distribution and an award-winning collection over the next few years. There are 30 items in the Do Not series as of 2021, including several novels.
