Andrus Kivirähk (born 17 August 1970) is an Estonian writer, a playwright, satirist, and screenwriter.

As of November 4, 25,000 copies of his novel Rehepapp ehk November (Old Barny, aka November) had been sold, making him the most influential 21st century Estonian writer.

Mees, kes teadis ussisnu (The Man Who Spoke Snakish) (2004), one of Estonia's most best-selling books, has been his book "Mates, kes teadis ussis (The Man Who Spoke Snakish).

Since 1996, he has been a member of the Estonian Writers' Union (in Estonian: Eesti Kirjanike Liit).
