Keegan founded Full Circle, a community spiritual center based in Venice, Los Angeles, in 2014. Vice characterized the group as a "new faith," while other publications characterized it as a cult. In an interview, Keegan described the group as a "non-denominational spiritual community center" where people of all faiths and backgrounds gather to meditate, practice yoga, and engage artistically. "The true theology of the organisation is difficult to pin down," New York Magazine reported in March 2015, "but it does appear to closely follow Hinduism, or at least Russell Brand's Sanskrit-tattoo version of it." The California Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control officers searched the Full Circle temple in May 2015. The raid was suspected to Full Circle's manufacture of kombucha, a fermented drink made from sweet black tea. According to a temple spokeswoman, they were unaware that they needed a licence to sell kombucha.
