(Pictured left to right: Before and after) After he redirected a river by hand, a Michigan man was found guilty of vandalism and tampering of a national park, creating a channel that was 200 feet wide. Andrew Howard, 63, of Frankfort, Michigan, made his way to the Sleeping Bear Dunes National Lakeshore with a shovel in tow. Howard's behavior was described as 'natural gems' by US Attorney Mark Totten, who characterized the bodies of water as 'natural treasures.'

Sibusiso Moyo (bottom right), 41 and Christopher Gill (top right), 35, were found guilty of manufacturing the firearms after police discovered the deadly plastic weapons in the back of a BMW. Following a hearing, Moyo, a Hull man, was sentenced to 18 years in prison for unlawfully manufacturing a pistol and a separate identity theft charge. Gill, a Bradford man, was sentenced to 13 years in prison for illegally manufacturing a firearms. Officers swooped in on the car that Majeed Rehman, 46, an associate of the pair, had been driving in Bradford, West Yorkshire, on May 17 last year.

At Big Ben (pictured), animal rights campaigners sprayed 'fake milk' white paint ahead of Liz Truss' first Prime Minister's Questions this morning. Using fire extinguishers, nine campaigners from Animal Rebellion blocked the junction at 10.45 a.m. today and poured the'milk' and sprayed the Elizabeth Tower. Liz Truss has been 'targeted by the climate and animal advocacy group ahead of her first PMQs in the hopes of coercing her into negotiations for their demands,' says the climate and animal campaign group.'
