Career
Alma, a 17-year-old girl, auditioned for the seventh season of Finnish Idols in 2013. She made it to the live shows, finishing fifth.
In 2015, she appeared on Sini Sabotage's single "Muu ku mä." Alma joined Universal Music in March 2016, and in June she unveiled her first song, "Karma." The song reached number five on the Finnish Singles Chart. She is also a featured vocalist on Felix Jaehn's "Bonfire." In July 2016, the song was released as a single. Alma was confirmed to participate in the 31st edition of Eurosonic Noorderslag in Groningen, the Netherlands, in September 2016. Dye My Hair, her debut EP, was released on October 28, 2016.
In March 2017, she sang of "Chasing Highs." On the Finnish Singles Chart, the album debuted at number ten. It was first introduced in the United Kingdom in June and became Alma's first UK top 20 hit. She appeared on Sub Focus' "Don't You Feel It," which was released as a single in May 2017. She appeared on Martin Solveig's album "All Stars" as a solo in June 2017.
