Alessandro Juliani (born July 6, 1975) is a Canadian actor and singer.

He is notable for playing the roles of Tactical Officer Lieutenant Felix Gaeta on the Sci-Fi Channel television program Battlestar Galactica, Emil Hamilton in Smallville, Jacapo Sinclair on The CW series The 100, and Dr.

Cerberus on the Netflix series Chilling Adventures of Sabrina.

He is also known for voicing the character L in the English version of the anime series Death Note and its live action films, as well as several other animation projects.

Juliani provided the voice of Aaron Fox on Nexo Knights.

Early life

Juliani was born to John Juliani, a producer, actor and writer, and Donna Wong, who co-founded Savage God and Opera Breve in Vancouver. He graduated from McGill University in Montreal, where he earned a Bachelor of Music in Vocal/Opera Performance.

Pit/Kid Icarus, the voice of Pit/Kid Icarus in the Captain N: The Game Master cartoon series, and he appeared in many other cartoons and anime, including the English version of Death Note's L, Ranma 12 (as Toma), three My Scene films (as Toa Vakama). He was also the voice of Nightscream in Beast Machines, as the Prince and the Princess of Barbie, which he also performed his own singing; he also appeared in Barbie's Fairytopia and Barbie: Mermaidia as the Island Princess, and he most recently performed both the speaking and singing roles of Prince Antonio in Barbie as the Island Princess. He appeared in the film Barbie Mariposa as "Prince Carlos" and "My Scene Goes Hollywood: The Movie as River" also. In the English version of Ban Star-Racers, he also plays Koji. In the MacGyver episode "The Madonna," he made his TV debut at age 11. In Season 8's final episodes Moebius: Parts 1 and 2, he appeared in two minor roles in Stargate SG-1 as Eliam in the episode Scorched Earth and Katep. In the anime series Death Note and its dubbed live action counterpart, he portrays L. He appeared in the two-night Syfy competition Alice as the 9 of Clubs. Garin appeared in the web series Riese as Garin. In the television series Dark Angel, he appeared as "Druid" for a small amount.

Juliani appears on stage regularly in Vancouver (where he has received multiple nominations and awards for Vancouver's Jessie Awards) and elsewhere in addition to his television and film work. He has appeared in performances staged by Bard on the Beach, Vancouver Playhouse, and the Vancouver Opera. He has appeared at the Aldeburgh Festival in England and the Orlando Shakespeare Festival, a step behind.

In Ann Marie Fleming's short film Blue Skies, he appeared as a mourning Chinese opera performer.

Battlestar Galactica, a 1978 television series, was revived in 2003 as a three-hour miniseries. Ronald D. Moore's book and film were directed by Michael Rymer and directed by Michael Rymer. Felix Gaeta, a lieutenant in the Colonial Fleet, was played by Alessandro Juliani. The miniseries served as a pilot for a potential television series that was later contracted as part of a joint effort between the Sci Fi Channel and Sky TV (the British broadcaster). Battlestar Galactica (2004–2009) was shot mainly in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.
