Leslie DelVesco said she was struck by an overpowering sense of dread as her daughter Andrea opted to attend UCLA rather than the University of Chicago. DelVesco said she burst out in tears at the time, only to find out later when her daughter was brutally stabbed to death at the school. The surviving mother's words came with the introduction of the docuseries Death in the Dorms, which includes Andrea's and five other college campus murders.
