Three Michelin stars are skewered by a critic who finds a piece of PLASTIC in cuisine in Paris

www.dailymail.co.uk, October 9, 2022
After serving a dish featuring a piece of plastic, a three Michelin-starred restaurant in Paris, which charges £430 for its taster menu, excluding beverages, has come under fire. L'Arpège is operated by 'legendary' chef Alain Passard (right), who is said to personally inspect every dish before it goes out. Passard, 66, is known as one of the pioneers of 'farm to table' cuisine, and was included in Netflix's Chef's Table series after his 36-year-old restaurant ditched meat and concentrated on championing vegetables. However, last week, a customer - who was in fact a food critic from Le Figaro - was presented with his fleur de courgette with a 'two centimeter' piece of soft plastic in it.
