Al Porter (born Alan Kavanagh 6 January 1993) is an Irish comedian, actor, and radio personality.
Career
Porter has been performing since he was ten years old and has been the main attraction in Dublin's annual Christmas Pantomime since he was in his early 20s.
By the time he was 22 years old, he was already selling out Dublin comedy venue Vicar Street for three nights as the headline act.
The Guardian incorrectly described him as a "former panto actor" while performing at the Edinburgh Festival in August 2016. Despite that mistake, "the sheer thrill, frankly, of meeting such a popular crowd." The London Standard characterized the same routine as "slick stand-up."
