Former Chelsea striker Adrian Mutu has shown off the incredible transformation following his hair transplant in a new post. The ex-Romania international scored 167 goals in a glittering career and also had stints at Juventus and Fiorentina. He is his national side's record scorer, finding the net 35 times for the Tricolorii in 77 matches. Mutu was also known for his unique personality and legendary tales of failed drugs tests and even sucking the blood from a porn star. But now the 45-year-old, normally known for his flowing style of attacking football, has posted a picture of his flowing locks after finishing his hair transplant treatment.

Romania may not have the stars over their crest to match it, but they are unquestionably one of Europe's best powerhouses in terms of the gifts received by the Tricolorii. Romania has been generous donors over the years, from The Carpathian Maradona, Gheorghe Hagi, to one of the finest football managers in Mircea Lucescu. Nevertheless, former Chelsea, Juventus, and Fiorentina actress Adrian Mutu stands out as one of the century's most unique personalities and talents.

Following Aleksandar Mitrovic's suspension, the ten longest suspensions in Premier League history have been suspended

Since being banned from eight games for attacking referee Chris Kavanagh in Fulham's FA Cup transfer to Manchester United last month, Aleksandar Mitrovic has received one of the longest sentences in Premier League history. The normal three-match ban has been extended to eight games, but the FA is planning to appeal the suspension, claiming that the Serbian striker will receive an even greater punishment. Mitrovic played in Fulham's 2-1 loss at Bournemouth, and the earliest he'll return is against Southampton on May 13 - with two games remaining after that.

Chelsea's Timo Werner, Romelu Lukaku, and the most expensive striker flops are among Chelsea's most expensive striker flops

Chelsea seems to have started again. Timo Werner (right), the latest in a long line of big-money, high-profile knock flops, is expected to leave Stamford Bridge in the wake of much anticipation - and then fail. Werner will not be the first striker to leave this season, with Romelu Lukaku's farewell to Inter Milan in June, a year after the club's first signing. Fernando Torres (inset) and Ballon D'Or winner Andriy Shevchenko (second left) failed to live up to expectations, although Blues fans may recall Adrian Mutu and Mateja Kezman's appearances, as well as Didier Drogba (left). Sportsmail navigates Chelsea's litany of costly mistakes up front, with Werner's medical at RB Leipzig set for Tuesday.
