About For Love Alone

This film was based on the 1945 novel "For Love Alone" by Christina Stead. A young and naive woman named Teresa, is stuck between two lovers and constantly battling with the unfair and oppressive standards of a male-dominant society. In a world full of men looking for love in the physical aspect only, she's in a search for true love with a like-minded male.
