Indie folk rock outfit whose second album, Strange Tails, topped the US Folk chart and peaked at number two on the US Rock chart. Their debut album, Lonesome Dreams, peaked at number 3 on the US Heatseekers chart.

Trivia

The name of the group was inspired by Lake Huron, the lake in which band founder Ben Schneider visited frequently growing up. Their song "Ends of the Earth" was featured in the series finales of the shows Longmire and Community.

Band members would include Ben Schneider, Mark Barry, Miguel Briseño, Tom Renaud and former members Brett Farkas, Peter Mowry and Karl Kerfoot.
